Course Update
It has been a poor start to January from a golfers point of view! Last week the course frozen and closed and this week despite re opening on Monday the course is like a giant sponge and we are currently on temporary greens!! (hopefully by the time you are reading this we will be back on full greens)
Ally and The Team will continue to work through the winter maintenance program and get the course ready for the new season which isn't too far away!!
With the course being closed over the past weekend Ally managed to organise the pest control guys to come down to continue their work on removing the rabbits from the course. This has been ongoing throughout 2024 and will continue into 2025 as well.
Let's hope we can get a good run of weather to allow the guys to work away. The condition and consistency of the golf course over the past couple of years in particular has been excellent but like always they do require a little help from mother nature...
