Course Update
Most of you will hopefully have seen the email/social media post/news post on Sweetspot app last week with the update on moving to winter setup and mats being delayed this year.
The weather of late has been really good with temperatures still in the teens and very little rain. The longer this continues the longer we will remain on full course and no mats. When we do change over I will keep you all up to date via various avenues.
This week more work has been completed on the greens with another covering of seed and top dressing. This will fuser help with aeration and if/when wetter weather comes will help with that as well. The bush short left of the 2nd green was removed this week. The roots remain at the moment but these will be dug out/removed as well.
Also in April we are hosting the Scottish Girls Championship (8th -11th April) which seems like a long time away but getting as much prep work done now will result in less to do come late Spring.
Ally & The Team will carry on the daily tasks for now along with working on the winter programme. Lets hope the decent weather continues as long as possible and we can enjoy the extension the the season.
